That photo on the left was me at 147 when I started this and at one point I was 168. I was working out every day in 2024 and that took me to 147 but this challenge pushed me further than I thought I could go. I’m so proud of me, my fiancé is so proud of me and I feel so much healthier and lighter now I never want to go back

Looking back on these 56 days, Im amazed at how far Ive come and how much Ive learned. Each challenge has brought me closer to my goals, and the support from this amazing community has made all the difference. I feel stronger, more confident, and way more in tune with my body and mind. Embracing healthier habits has not only helped me physically but has also shifted my mindset in such a positive way.

14.2 lbs of fat loss in 8 weeks

I was already working out very consistently and tracking macros for years and years, but I now am really in my groove with progressive overload (LOVE Olivia’s programming so very much!) and excited to continue that, push myself in cardio, and the weekly checkins too I think are huge for me!! Taking the time to take the photos, reflect, set intentions for the week ahead — this is a new habit I plan to continue as I reverse and recomp!!

I now LOVE training and do it to get stronger rather than shrink myself. It makes me feel empowered.My mindset shift has also been huge. I focus on growth and how I can better myself each day in all aspects of life. I try my best to see the positive in everything and spread kindness to others. I wasn’t put on this earth to be stagnant, stay the same and be negative.I am so happy looking back on how far I’ve grown, and I can’t wait to continue my journey.

Since I joined flowness I’ve taken more steps than ever, burned more kcals than ever before (working out more consistently), resting heart rate has lowered, v02 max has improved, barely get bloated or IBS symptoms thanks to regular healthy meals, meditated more than ever & overall feel amazing 🥹✨

This was the first workout program that I've actually completed, start to finish.

End of two weeks on plan so far and so happy!!!

I am starting to see definition on my waist and thighs. I can also see my body composition changing. My posture is better. Back formation is taking shape, my waist is tightening and sinching in. My glutes are now activated and I can see my bum shaping.

One of the biggest things that I've been taught is just to have confidence within myself.

Olivia really does share the keys to the kingdom and teaches you how to use them, which I think is the most important part that I feel like a lot of places are missing.
This is the key, this is how you use it and just go for it and take off in your own authentic way.

I did Olivia’s Hybrid fitness program, where it was a mix of weight training and cardio. Due to this, I managed to loose inches off my waist in matter of weeks! But most importantly, this challenge wasn’t about weight loss; it’s about how to create a healthy mindset and be at peace with yourself by creating healthy habits

ABOUT THE CHALLENGE

Training Style & Frequency

4 day gym training split with  2x cardio sessions 

This is the recommended frequency but there are other options for an adjusted split and home workouts.

What Will You Achieve?

The Lean & Aligned program is a focused fat loss program. Expect to scuplt a more leaner hourglass physique.

After the 8 weeks there is an option to do a body recompostion program

Challenge Nutrition

A full nutrition guide is provided to calculate your macros for sustainable fat loss.
A meal plan is also provided with recipes inside the Club.

How does the guarantee work?

*We want the best results for you in the soonest possible time. So we've crafted our programs to ensure posistive lasting results in 30 days.

Can I join in the Challenges?

Yes, we have new members starting the Challenges every week/day.

Everyone's journey start's at different points and times but we are all supporting eachother on the way!

Are the programs for a specific body type?

No, the programs and challenges can be personalised for body type and ability.

Flowness Club is about finding your own personal flow and that will look different for everybody 🧚‍♀️

Can I only sign up for one month?

Yes, you can.

Although we're sure you'd want to stay once you become part of the Flowie Family but if for some reason you'd like to cancel, there's no contract so you can cancel anytime.

Is there guidance on how to perform the exercises?

Yes, all the programs and workouts include vidoes on technique and how to perform each exercise. 

We also provide alternative exercises if you're gym does not have the equipment. 

Do I need to have a gym membership?

For best results we'd recommend having access to a gym with weights and machines. 

We also provide a home workout alternative to all our workouts if you're unable to access a gym.
